For the holiday weekend we invited ourselves to my aunt's house in Pennsylvania. We had our friends Kelly, Chag, and Tiago join us for the ride. We took the opportunity to visit Philadelphia and some of the cool sites they have specifically for children. Our first stop was The Please Touch Museum. It is two floors of exhibits completely designed for children. They have absolutely everything from a Alice In Wonderland exhibit to a mini super market, hospital, shoe store, and auto repair shop. The kids went crazy touching and climbing everything. Here are some of the best shots:

The next day we visited the Smith Memorial Playground and Mansion. This was the best playground we have visited so far. What's really special about this playground is that it's actually a mansion that has been turned into a play space for children. Three whole floors of toys for kids. The backyard of the mansion is a very beautiful out door play ground which has a large wooden slide. The best part about this playground is that it's free! The children had a blast BUT it was extremely hot and had to leave due to the heat. We went back to my aunt's house and decided to cool off with some "slip and slides" and sprinklers. I love Tiago and Eli together. They are just so much fun to watch. We feel very lucky to have met such a wonderful family that we have so much in common with! Here are the rest of the pictures from our trip:

And finally cooling off with a little help from a water slide, water balloons, and a pool. These little boys are living the fabulous life!
This weekend was one of the best we had all summer! We hope everyone enjoyed as much as we did!
Luv
Eli & Mommy
